I know what it's like to look capable from the outside while quietly carrying something heavier on the inside. Over 27 years working across corporate and government leadership — spanning four industries, navigating complex teams, and building my own business — I've been in the rooms where the pressure is high and the expectation is that you should already have it together.
I've also learned, the hard way, that achievement alone does not create internal peace. That's why I built this work.
I'm a realist with a healthy dose of optimism. I don't do fluff, I don't do motivational noise, and I don't believe in confidence as performance. What I believe in is doing the actual work — the honest, sometimes uncomfortable, deeply worthwhile work of building a relationship with yourself that doesn't collapse under pressure.
My background spans stakeholder relations, marketing, project management, and leadership across sectors. I bring all of it into a coaching approach that is grounded, practical, and tailored entirely to you.
