What is coaching?

Coaching offers many advantages for clients including, understanding their strengths, values, and what drives them, as well as recognising behavioral patterns that may be sabotaging their vision and goals for the future.

All 1:1 coaching is an empowering client led process, always moving at the intensity and pace the client can handle.

As a coach I guide the change and transformation of my clients into the best versions of themselves. This involves developing stronger sense of self-awareness and self-perception to better regulate and manage choices and behavior’s that drive positive gain and enable empowerment.

Who is leadership coaching for?

Leadership coaching is not just for CEO’s and senior executives. Leadership is about discovering the best version of yourself and then being accountable to step into being that person every day. To lead others effectively, you must first be able to truly and authentically lead yourself.

Empowered Leader clients include emerging, new, and experienced leaders; those transitioning careers as well as people who know they have more to give, and need a structure and strategy to develop their positive leadership skills and behavior’s.

Do you coach both men and women?

In my Thriving Leader 1:1 program, I coach both men and women. However, Rising Leader group coaching is reserved for women only.
